The 14th Annual APEX Youth Olympics

The 14th Annual APEX Youth Olympics is a one-day event filled with team-building games, fun, food, and entertainment for youth in Southern California. The APEX Youth Olympics is an annual community service event held in partnership with the Service Network for Asian and Pacific Islander Youth (SNAPY), an umbrella organization for 14 different Greater Los Angeles Area youth agencies.

This year we are excited about opening up the event to additional youth agencies, so that other youths organizations can now participate in this exciting event. The Youth Olympics draws 200-300 youth and about a hundred APEX volunteers. We are looking for motivated and innovative young professionals to help with the planning of this event as well as volunteers to help on the actual day of the event.

Youth from various backgrounds will have the chance to participate in the event's activities which promotes team work and strengthens the bonds that they have amongst each other. Volunteers will have the opportunity to interact with the youth and make an invaluable impact in their lives.

Calling All Entertainers and Performers!!!
The entertainment is also a vital part of this event. It gives the youth a chance to be exposed and become culturally aware of the talent and types of entertainment that are available in the Asian Community. Are you interested in providing entertainment for this event? If so, please see the link for more details. Please keep in mind, due to the number of applicants, we may not be able to use all submitted services. Although we will keep you in mind for future events of APEX.
